I have previously built in large batches but since the beginning of 2023 I started making 2-3 at a time. The reason I started making large batched was that I wanted to take advantage of the low humidity during the long winters in northern Sweden. But today I can automatically control humidity and temperature with very fine tolerances all year around.

A minimum deposit of 15% of the total cost of the guitar is required to secure a spot in the schedule. This deposit is considered a material, planning and consultation fee and is non refundable.

A non refundable deposit of another 15% of the total cost of the guitar is required 30 days before I start building your guitar. The build will not start until this deposit is payed. This deposit is to cover any losses that I may have when selling the instrument. The ability to choose specs and woods is a big part of the process and therefore I can usually not charge full price for guitars that are canceled.

Guitars with expensive woods such as Brazilian rosewood, extensive inlay work or other details may require deposit based on the cost of the upgrades. Please inquire.

The entire balance is due before shipping.

I only ship with express shipping! Shorter time being shipped means less risk of the guitar getting damaged.

Warranty

All guitars are covered by a limited warranty  to the original purchaser only against defective materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover cracks in wood, finish or regular playing wear.  Even though my guitars are built during dry climate and therefore not as sensitive to dry climate it is important to keep the guitars in stable temperature and humidity.

Damages or loss during shipping is not covered by this warranty.

As tone is subjective, it is not covered by this warranty.
